Payment is required upfront. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Instant EFT and more (all processed via Yoco).

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with two quick steps: 1. Sign our service agreement 2. Fill out a short questionnaire about your business and brand Your content will then be delivered in 7–14 business days, depending on the package and add-ons you’ve selected.

You’ll receive editable Canva designs in: • 1080x1350px (Instagram, LinkedIn) • 1080x1920px (Stories for Instagram + Facebook) • 1080x1080px (Facebook feed)

Yes! You’ll receive Canva files so you can update fonts, colours and elements to match your brand perfectly.

You’ll receive one round of graphic revisions if needed. Captions are delivered in Word format, so you can tweak the text as you like.

Due to the digital and custom nature of our service, all sales are final and non-refundable.
