4. Refund and Return Policy

No Returns for Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not offered unless there is a technical issue.Refund Requests: For technical issues preventing access to your eBook, please email info@frenzii.co.za within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be granted at our discretion.
